I guess that it is because of the bad time managament of Taktix at x minutes/game. Note that the latest version is clearly better than the public version so I am not 100% sure that it cannot score better than 45-5 at 3 minutes/60 moves. If you are interested to check it you can send me an email to blass_n@nesvision.net.il when you replace nes by net and I will send you the latest version(I will have access to the email that you get when you click on my name only tomorrow) I decided to learn from you and not to give the email directly in order to protect it from garbage.
