Subject: List/Author was not disqualified for cloning Crafty

At this point it is sensless to speculate whether List is a clone of Crafty or
not.  There was an accusation.  There was a request(demand) for source code from
the author.  He chose not to respond as required by the rules.  He was
disqualified for that reason.  It all seems perfectly clear to me.  Maybe this
will cause future rules changes but that's another story.
