Martin,

It's a good question and I think that the ICGA needs to clarify what constitutes
a clone.  Specifically I'd like them to address:

1) Probing Nalimov endgame tablesbases.  IMO most engine that probe the endgame
tablebases will probably be using a significant part of the Crafty (or some
other source code program) probe code.  We need clarification as to what is and
is not allowed.

2) Low level routines e.g. flood fill routines and even 64 bit BSF assembler
implementations
