All we have heard so far about that is that "the complaint is supported by circumstantial evidence". Frankly, I have no idea about the meaning of this. I hope we will know one day. :( OTOH, Fritz Reul had been offered the chance to clarify these issues next week in Frankfurt with Dr. Heinz. Fritz is living rather close to Frankfurt. So this looks at least like a fair chance. But he hadn't replied to this offer, afaik. Should it turn out that the "circumstantial evidence" has substance, then I would say that the actions done by ICGA had been okay. After all, participating in this tourney means acceptance of the tourney rules. Uli
