Well I know commercial outfits sometimes do amazing things to "get ahead" (so I
wouldn't be surprised :-)), but in this case (according the ICGA version of
events, but so far I have no reason to doubt their version) they seem to have
been extremely reasonable about the conditions under which they would view the
code. I can't see any risk in someone seeing List's code who wasn't meant to see
it.
