I have checked if Crafty gets the information correctly from WinBoard, it does.

Your complaint is not valid this time IMHO, Bob. Crafty has competed in 5 ccts
during last years with 45 10 and 60 10. In fact the time control was chosen for
Crafty's sake as I wanted to have one it would get on ICC all the time.

Crafty's time usage is fine when compaired with other amateur engines, in fact
it usually allocates more time than many in the first half of the game. But
especially Fritz, Shredder and Junior do this in a much more agressive way.
