First, all you have (had) to do is type the URL into your browser to get the fix
program.

As for the problem I think it is related (I can only guess) that on some Pc's
multiple cd-drives are installed while having just one cd-rom. Don't ask me
how this is possible but some people really have cd-rom drives on "G" and
"L" for instance.

Do me the following favor and report:
. go to "My Computer"
. report the number of cdrom drives

If there are such multiple cdrom-drives then just type the corresponding
drive letter(s).
