Although I am no law student I'll also make some suggestions on the procedure.
When it is about the exact way to measure, this should be done at the end of the
period. Instead we will agree on a group of 3 reasonable persons who will create
the rules based on your initial proposal. We can agree on the basics beforehand
like single-processor, ponder=on or off etc.

Any code has to be either written by you alone or be part of the original Crafty
code ie no other authors allowed. The code you created has to be made public to
the judges.

I accept the offer on a 1:10 basis, you get 4 months for coding.

Of course we are talking _then_ current Georg von Zimmermann and Crafty
versions.

Is it a deal?
