There is no base to do so. Fritz had decided to participate in the tourney. So he had accepted their rules. These had been well known. When Comet had participated, I had never excluded that it may become necessary to show parts of the code. He had accepted these conditions but later he had refused to act accordingly. If the accusations against him have a serious base, then ICGA had acted 100% okay, and more than this, they had acted generously imho. Unfortunately, the essential question "circumstancial evidence" is still open. So, one may speculate ... . Uli
