Let me describe it as follows:
I want to trade CST for Hiarcs6. Anyone interested?

In fact CST plays interesting but I'd say at least one step behind all the
Shredders, Gandalfs, Kallisto, Genius etc.
Maybe CSTWin95, whenever it will be released, will be able to compete.
However it will be strong enough to defeat you more often than you wish to...

CST runs under Win95.
