Mr Levy's letter was issued the next day. In the final tally it beat Quark, Nexus and Chinito, drew with Green Light and Brutus and lost to Shredder, Junior and Fritz. Those results are also not unsurprizing and again, it hardly qualifies for "playing out it skin". If he is innocent, I hope the Sun has good insurance - because that would definitely appear to be libelous action for defamation of character. Mr Levy letter never said he cheated - just that he never replied to their questions which were grounds for disqualification under the rules. "smell a rat" after 1 win and two losses - this is getting more bizarre the more I think about it . I suspect it will not be long before attorneys are involved.
