WCCC 2004 is announced with some rules changes. Competitors will be allowed to
participate on invitation only. Non-invited programs must submit their source
code for panel examination so as to ensure there is no cheating. Line-up so far
is:

1) Fritz 9.01   8 x Xeon 10 GHz
2) Fritz 9.02   8 x Xeon 10 GHz
3) Fritz 9.03   8 x Xeon 10 GHz
4) Fritz 9.04   8 x Xeon 10 GHz
5) Shredder 9   K6-2 233 MHz
6) Junior 9     K6-2 233 MHz
7) Hiarcs 10    K6-2 233 MHz
