I am listening on Playchess that Shredder vs Johnny came to a position of 3 fold repetition. As Johnny's operator made the move, _then_ asked for the draw, play continued and Johnny lost. What should have been done was once the position came to be, the operator should have gotten the Tournament Director, shown that the next move would indeed be a repetition draw, request the draw, make the move, then the director would make the draw claim official. Since this was not done, the game continued, and Johnny lost, giving Shredder a win and a tie for firt place with Fritz. First List, now a non-accepted draw claim.. what is next...
