Shredder has outplayed Jonny and had a clear win (Perhaps a Mate in X position).
 But due to a bug obviously, although it evaluated a big advantage for "him",
it played wrong and gave the chance to Jonny to have a triple fold repetition.
For me this is not important and it can be already been fixed by Shredder's
programmer. What is important is that it played better.

And if rules say that the game can continue then there is any problem at all.
If Jonny's operator didn't knew the rules then whose fault is?
