Hi Dieter,

don't found any rules, too.

I'm quite sure that claiming draw by 3-fold repetition during WCCCs requires the
attention of the TD before making the move on the board.

I'm not sure whether the program has to wait for making the move internally
until the operator interacts.

If you play on without calling TD, or you call the TD after the position is
already three-fold repetition, you lost your right to claim the draw.
Then the opponent has the choice ...
