Friend,do You have anything running in the background? Reason I ask is because
I have a Amd Athlon 3200+ singal Processor with 2 gigs(4 x 512 sticks) and the
Hashes of that Box goes to 819 mb of hash when I optimise running Deep Junior 8.
I also have a dual Amd Opteron with 3 gigs(2 x 1024 and 2 x 512 sticks) of ram
and I get 1024 mb of hash when I optimise with Deep Junior 8. On the singal
Processor 819 mb is the highest I can get on that perticular Box. On My dual
Processor 1024 mb of hash is what I get when I optimise, but I can go to 1637 mb
is the celing. Your running Deep Junior 8 with a gig of ram, You should be able
to get more than 512 mb of hash. I have however, ran into Program limitations
with Programs before. Could be You have something running in the background
taking up Processor resources. Don't know what the problem is but I hoped this
might give You a starting/reference point. >>>>Mike
