I think that it was a mistake to let Jonny to use Fritz gui unless chessbase fix
it and tell it not to claim draws but after using it I consider it as part of
the program.

I suspect that the fritz gui claimed draw in other games in the tournament.


If the claim was considered as correct without checking if the engine claimed
the draw in other games then changing it in the last round is unfair.
