I don't think so, but obviously there is a lot of room for interpretation.
But finally the TD has to decide.

Yes, that's always a problem and should be prohibited in future events.

But if it escalates in such a decisive worst case manner in conjunction with a
bug in shredder and in conjunction with the move was already played, one has to
prove whether Jonny's logfile shows draw score or not, IMHO.

May be because it was out of imaginativeness by the people who made the rules.
It also happens in other areas that rules had to be modified, if something none
intended happens you never considered before.
