If it was not, every participant who signed up to this tournament silently agreed to the rules. (same argumentation as with List) I guess the rule in this case is simply not clear. The tournament attendants could have asked for clarification in such a case before they signed up though. They probably didn't. I'm not saying the decision was lucky. The whole situation was unlucky. (again, as with List) But bashing ICGA/Levy/Jaap for everything they do is a bit lame too IMHO. (although it seems popular these days :) Sargon
