Subject: Is Shredder stronger than we think?

Could Shredder's 3-fold draw bug have led us to underestimate its true strength?
How many games in e.g. series-of-200 that we have seen reported, has it in fact
thrown as draws by accidental repetition when it had won positions?

(BTW I'm only semi-serious, for those near boiling point!)
