?????  Is that in the rules?  It's not in the rules for humans.  There is no
"requirement" for humans to claim a draw after 3 fold repetition.  In fact the
rules say that if you do not claim the draw before executing a move on the board
you lose the right to claim a draw untill the same position appears with
identical circumstances later.  Shredder had no reason to claim a draw even if
the position had occured 3 times since it considered itself winning.
