Stuart, This is what I've managed to piece together: Shredder was white playing against Jonny. Shredder was winning but close to the end a bug in Shredder's code meant that it allowed Jonny the opportunity for a draw by 3 fold repetition. Jonny didn't recognize the draw - the Fritz GUI that Jonny was using did recognize the draw. Jonny's opperator made the move that leads to the draw. This is the incorrect way of claiming the draw - he should have announce that he was claiming the draw *before* making the move. This gave Shredder a second chance and Jonny was soon mated.
