You'll have to ask Ed what the big score change threshold is, I have no idea. But on average, ~5 seconds would be ply 9 or so (on my machine). As far as the best top 5, I have no idea. Fritz can do it in analysis mode (ALT+F2 and then hit the + sign). Other than that, I have no idea.
