You might try Arena (www.playwitharena.com). It can do a multi-pv mode for
engines that support it. Ruffian UCI can do it. Here is a sample output of the
analysis of the opening position, with the top 5 moves according to Ruffian for
depths 9, 10, and 11. The output is upside down (best move on bottom). Maybe you
can use this to find the answer to your question.
