| If Jaap is the TD then write everything down.  Use small      |
| words.  Repeat everything at least 3 times.  Refer to the     |
| rule book frequently, citing the specific rule that the       |
| operator is passive and that the intent of the program is the |
| deciding factor.  Wave hands a lot, he likes that.  Prepare   |
| for the worst however.                                        |
