If they wanted to do something helpful, they might consider playing the first
1/2 of the games on the internet, then leave the last N games, (N=6 max) for
the "in person" part.  That would need 2-3 days for playing, plus another day
or so for travel.  Even I could swing that.  But not a week plus.
