It's a hard answer Robbi. I think personally that the situation in Israel is very instable indeed. But the Israeli and the palestinian governments are making efforts to make it better. Nowadays it's hard to find sponsors for Chess in general. Computer Chess and Man - Machine matches are the last "hope" for chess to survive. So if the games must be played in Israel where we could find interesting sponsors let them do. All those who fear the situation have simply to not to go there. I suppose that all the computer chess programmers aren't chickens like Garry who has rejected his match in Jerusalem against DJ8.
