Now with the freeware tool FGCRW some can convert Fritz-, Genius-, Rebel-books to Fritz format (FBK), then take e.g. ChessBase 7 (maybe even Light will do) and import this book and export it to PGN (with those nested variants), and now Odd Gunnars utility can make a normal PGN aout of it - really great! Best regards, Franz.
