Most programs in WCCC use the UCI protocol (I think Quark was the only pure
WinBoard engine in Graz, equipped with some innovative patches like a loud drum
sound after each move!). And in UCI, you can simply print an info string of
whatever you want, e.g., a draw claim, etc.
