Hi Mike,

two statements: To me the shown evidence about List was suspicious enough to ask
the author about clarification. He refused. So what would you do, knowing the
rules ?
second: I would not send at any point my source to the ICGA - but also at any
point during the tournament I would agree to show parts of my source if they get
suspicious in some way about it. But they would never leave my harddisk. The
only person that has insight in my Code is Dann Corbit - simply I trust him
fully.

Ah, some more statements:
You mean WCCC 2004... :))) Not WMCC and not 2006... :) I am looking forward to
Tel Aviv and hope to be there - at the moment the problem is my girlfriend, I
will only participate if she would like to go there with me - and for the moment
she thinks that it is to risky - which is understandable. I hope that Omid, Amir
and Shay can give me some good ideas how I can convince her... :)

About the draw claim - Johannes reaction is understandable to me, it was very
fair. But on second sight it was uncorrect... I have no idea what I would have
done when I would have been in the same position. In this case I am quite happy
that Quark would have taken the decision away from me -> it would have claimed
the draw and would refuse to play on. Sometimes it is a good idea to use
WinBoard as UI... :)

Besides: The TD did a good job in my opinion. In ALL their decisions. At first I
did not agree with Jaap about the draw, but he did explain it to me in a way
that makes it understandable to me. But we all know that for the future there
must be a clear rule how this should be handled in the future...

Greets, Thomas
