I certainly haven't read anything suggesting that Thorsten was ejected again.
Maybe there are still some negotiations going on?  Or maybe they have done
something as a temporary measure before deciding?

I have no idea what was said in r.g.c.c., did Thorsten say that he was ejected,
or was it a third party?

As for letting him back in again (the first time), it could be that they thought
his future posts would be less out-of-line vis-a-vis the CCC Charter than some
of his previous ones.  Prisoners get paroled, I don't see too much of a
difference. <shrug>
