Hi all, in a couple of days we will start our new tournament. It's a K.O.-tournament with 60 moves in 15 minutes and four games in each mini-match (tiebreak: two additional games). Hardware: a pair of XP2800, 1024 MB RAM. Software: Windows 2000 SP3 or DOS, all 3-, 4- and 5-man Nalimov table bases, Ken Thompsen's endgame database. WB-Engines under Winboard, UCI-Engines under Arena und CB-Engines under Deep Fritz 8. Engines should not be older than 12 mounth. For that reason you will miss for instance Pharaon 2.62 or List 5.04 in the list of participants. Any programmer is invited to participate in the tournament or to send a newer version of his program as listed below.
