Hi (to whom it may be of interest), I fiddled a bit around with DOSEMU and found some improvements. changes in dosemu.conf: If you use $_hogthreshold = (1650) (1650 is approx. half my number of BOGOMIPS (3329)) it also runs with fine speed. To increase hash table size I used $_dpmi = (262144) (gives RAM size in kB for emu, my machine has 512 MB RAM). If you start rebel now with "rebel w9", you can use up to 200 MB hashtable, otherwise it is limited to 4 MB ... Have fun, Ralph
