It beated 0.07.99 in the nunn1 match 14.5-5.5 I did not play the nunn2 match between them but more than 100 elo better is also confirmed by tests of beta testers(I do not know the exact difference and my estimate is 150-200 elo difference in blitz and I do not know about longer time control). Main improvement except speed and some search tricks are that 0.08.131 has some knowledge about king safety and about pawn structure(0.07.99 does not evaluate passed pawns) and about pawns relative to the kings in endgames.
