I am starting to get a VERY BAD FEELING about this. It is beginning to sound
like automation of chess tournaments necessarily must involve the Internet Chess
Club [ICC]. That is clearly unacceptable. ICC is a privately owned company and
it should have no claim on all future automated chess tournaments worldwide.
This is starting to smell bad!
