My comparison was between Tel-Aviv and New York. And the record of Tel-Aviv shows that it is far safer than New York. But if you bring Kansas City or Denver into the discussion, then you might be interested to learn that the WCCC will take place in Bar-Ilan University, in the city of Ramat-Gan (near Tel-Aviv).
