Subject: WCCCs in Israel, the U.S.A., and elsewhere

First of all thanks to the ICGA for giving the
next WCCC to Bar-Ilan University in Israel!
It will surely become a very interesting event.

Nonsense. But of course it is the task of people from all countries
to bring in their portion in our organisation and our tournaments.

I would very much like to see some of the next WCCCs be held in the
U.S.A. Please, don't start planning too late. The Graz guys began in 1999
with their negotiations for the WCCC2003!

PS: Other places, where I would like to see a WCCC or a Computer
Olympiad, are in alphabetic order Barbados, Cuba, Helgoland, and Iceland.
