Hi Matthew

when you plan such an event you can be never sure how many participants will
show up - e.g. in Graz they had hoped for 30 participants - that in mind, 11
rounds would be very fine... And late in the planning phase you can't change the
schedule anymore...
I definitely hope that WCCC 2004 will get 30 participants...

Israel is in Asia... take a look on a map... if you have some of the world and
not only of the US...

>Holding the event on a major US family holiday. That is a valid complaint.

That is nonsense - you can choose whatever period of 10 days in the year - all
the time there would be a major day in any country... US is not alone in the
world...

Embattled ? As far as I know the situation in Tel Aviv is way better then in
other parts of the country. So why those stupid comparisons with Yom Kippur,
Beirut, Bahgdad or Kabul ? You know, Omid, Amir, Shay and Boris are living there
- don't you think they know it a bit better then you do ?

Hm - comparing the number of murders in New York and Tel-Aviv might not end up
very good for New York.

So it's up to you to get real here...

Greets, Thomas
