The charter said "North America...Europe", alternating.  They are violating
their own charter.

10 days is too long.  With (or without) auto-playing, they should be able to do
two rounds a day easy.

Why don't you address the issue of the ICGA charter?  Why don't you address the
auto-play issue?  The length issue?  The issue that ICGA should be drumming up
sponsorships in the respective parts of the globe.
