That is a hard question to answer.  19.6 seems best for sure, and I would
expect it to be as good as any previous versions, tactically.  However, there
were a few previous versions that were more aggressive in search extensions,
so they would solve tactical positions quicker, but that slowed the search
down more than I liked and it was removed...
