I've sent Vincent D. things before (I sent it OVERNITE and it was $42,
FedEx!!!). I just bought a Van Gogh from Europe. My brother lived in Germany
(K-Town) for 4 years and sent me parts for my VW at least every other month.

$31 for 'Air Parcel' is outrageous.
