Maybe the switch of site and event could give problems.

Try with a copy:

replace [Event with [NewSite
replace [Site with [Event
replace [NewSite with [Site

WordPad/Notepad should be good enough.

Else other have given the correct order for this.

Have you tried the tools out there eg. pgn_extract or normal32
