Wrong

We have more than 200 chess programs by different authors and even if we assume
that half of them are clones we have 100 original chess programs by different
authors and I do not count people who write chess programs and never released
them.

earth population is less than 10,000,000,000 humans so
100/10,000,000,000 is 0.00000001=0.000001% so we have less than 99.999999% who
write chess programs and certainly less than 99.99999983% who do not write chess
programs.
