Let's organize a sieve then.
We start with 52 natural numbers, say { 1, ..., 52 }.
Now every potential participant calls up to three numbers because
of prime (pun intended) cultural events. The first one to have 52
scratches in a row shouts Bingo! The remaining players continue to
play until only one is left. That one is our winner.

Variations on the rules are possible of course.
E.g. players are allowed to not shout Bingo! as they see fit.
The winner will then be determined by a sequnce of dice rolls.
