Hi, thanks for your quick response. I ejecute your step, first i uninstall CM6000, then i run scandisk (no problem found), then i reebot, then i eliminate all TRS (includen antivirus and schedule task), then i beggin to install CM6000 again, this time the program stop in 99% for 3 min and then giveme the same message: "this system no need this upgrade" (COMCTL32.DLL). and finish the instalation, when try to run giveme the same message before. how ever thank very mucho for your help. Now looking for more help about it, thanks Manuel.
