And the computer doesn't have a scoreboard to write down the move and claim draw
by 3-fold repetition. As I said - when mapping rules which are meant for humans
to computers, these things simply happen. You either have specific rules for
computer ches or you will trip over something every other WCCC.

Just wait for the next WCCC and another case will show up. :)
