CM6000 might be trying to install a new COMCTL32.DLL. *I* would try this:

1) Save a copy of your COMCTL32.DLL in a safe place.
2) Delete the COMCTL32.DLL presently in your \windows\system directory.
3) Try to install CM6000.

It might install a newer COMCTL32.DLL.
