CM6000 might be trying to install a new COMCTL32.DLL. *I* would try this: 1) Save a copy of your COMCTL32.DLL in a safe place. 2) Delete the COMCTL32.DLL presently in your \windows\system directory. 3) Try to install CM6000. It might install a newer COMCTL32.DLL.
