I would beg to differ. I own a Star Diamond that I am comtemplating about
selling. $270 would be more than sufficient to persuade me to let it go. If I
do sell it, it will be on ebay and I will start the bidding at $1. If I have a
chance, I will start it this weekend. I have play one whole game with it and a
few test postions. I am simply not using it and that is the reason I am going
to sell it. It's brand new condition, with everything included. It is a nice
unit, and I believe it has the most powerful processor ever used in a dedicated
machine - but I don' think it's worth $270 even brand new. For $270, you get a
400 Mhz processor PDA (Dell Axim) that will clean the Star Diamond's clock
almost every game and do a lot more than play chess.
