i want a clarification from you Jorge. Are you saying that the Ramirez boy is such a natural phenmenon that he never recieved any advantages until recently. Did he recieve any monies from the United States Chess Federation when he lived in Miami or not? I heard left with 1200 US dollars of the federation that they did not return so I assumed they had recieved more than that. I do not want to turn this into a debate about Nakamura's father Weiramantry, who is an FM. The son is a GM.
