Dear Frederico,

Try to get a copy of "Chess 4.5: The Northwestern University Chess Programm" in
Chess skill in man and machine or in the Computer Chess Compendium. This article
gives a number of things to be included. I have just implemented this function
and it plays very weak.

You could also try to find a source of TSCP. An easy to understand source.

i Also thin that old GNU chess sources had a description of an
evaluationfunction.
